Clothing and shoes are always put to good use for others who need them where ever we can. "In short" We are set up and able to remove absolutely everything from the building and make good use of as much as possible,

Over the last 5 years we have done lots of clearance jobs as we call it, ( by remote ) this happens when the house is miles away from you. To save you the time off work or the long round trip drive some customer have put their trust in my hands and asked me to go to the property and take a look for them, sometimes a neighbour has a key or an estate agent or solicitors office, the other way is to post the keys to me via Royal Mails Special delivery service,.I go to the property at an agreed time and date and take a look, I can send photos to you by email so you know whats what I can even do a video call if that suits you better, I call you at the time I am at the property and update you as I look around. I tell you if there is anything you need to know about, once Ive done this and you have your quote for the clearance work, I can either get the keys returned or do your clearance as soon as possible once your happy to continue. As soon as the clearance is completed I take after photos to show you its done to a standard you are hopefully happy with, I then return the keys and send you the photos and my details for a bank payment only after the job is 100% complete.

Please understand we have to pay to dispose of your waste (we can't just "GO TO THE TIP"). you will be able to find a cheaper man with van type folk who undercut us all the time, ask yourself are you guaranteed your getting the same level of service, when they have left your property with your waste. I know what it costs to do this job, and I wonder.
We work on a simple honest common sense system. We remove everything from your address and take it to our yard where it is then processed in detail.
We sort out anything that can be gifted to the charity shops. We Up-cycle certain things that can be re-used or re-sold (this is how we make a living)
We Recycle materials that can be used in re-manufacturing where possible, the remaining products (classed as waste) are disposed of in a 100% lawful way, this part always has a cost because being a responsible business we only disposed of all remaining waste with an environmentally friendly waste company.

We run this business to make a living and keep ourselves in employment.
