Once I've viewed a property for clearance. I will give you a fixed quote price for what it will cost you for removal of the not so valuble stuff, not so good or even bad things  ( we take away the good, bad, and ugly also the smelly, even the cats litter tray if thats what it needs ). We can take the whole problem away if you need us to and normally a clearance can be done in one or two days.

When we do a clearance, I give you one price that includes everything, No extras or add on's. included in that price is the waste transfer centre costs that we have to pay , the wages costs, and small part of the business running costs.

I don't add the business income or profit on to your bill.

My businesses income comes from the things we can reclaim and recover from your cleared stuff. 

I don't like waste, after we've left the property we are clearing, on the next day we process everything and pull out all the things that can be repaired, reused, re-purposed, and made to go again, These things go in to the CLUTTER HUT where people come to buy things to save them from going to land fill

I personally like think the person may have unfortuatly gone but their stuff can carry on being used by somebody who need it or even just loves it.

Hence the better the things we remove the lower the clearance cost will be

an average house clearance normally costs from £150 ish to £600ish.

Please note! some of the REALY BIG OR SUPER BAD CLEARANCE JOBS have been a higher price. it all depends on how big the job is and how much stuff there is to remove also how much works involved and how many lorry loads the job will use, also how many days it will take and how much waste is involved, every single clearance job is always different.

Don't be fooled by clearance business websites who don't display a physical permanent business adddress where their business is based or where their environment agency registation number is assigned to.

Have in mind at all times, a website with no address can be removed in a second and a phone can be cut off if things go very wrong.

Becarefull there is lots of fly tippers out there wanting to earn a fast buck and its your stuff hence your problem, they will be gone!!.

Over the last 10 years we have done lots of clearance jobs as we call it, ( by remote ) this happens when the house is miles away from you. To save you the time off work or the long round trip drive some customer have put their trust in my hands and asked me to go to the property and take a look for them, sometimes a neighbour has a key or an estate agent or solicitors office, the other way is to post the keys to me via Royal Mails Special delivery service,.I go to the property at an agreed time and date and take a look, I can send photos to you by email so you know whats what I can even do a video call if that suits you better,  I call you at the time I am at the property and update you as I look around. I tell you if there is anything you need to know about, once Ive done this and you have your quote for the clearance work, I can either get the keys returned or do your clearance as soon as possible once your happy to continue. As soon as the clearance is completed I take after photos to show you its done to a standard you are hopefully happy with, I then return the keys and send you the photos and my details for a bank payment only after the job is 100% complete.
